Our Ethical Foundation

This Code of Ethics exists to protect the dignity, sovereignty, safety, and spiritual integrity of every human who enters our field. It is not a legal shield, it is a soul-level vow of conduct. By entering a mentorship relationship within our lineage, both mentor and client agree to these principles.

 

1. SOVEREIGNTY ABOVE ALL

We recognise every human as sovereign.

• We do not claim authority over a client’s truth.

• We do not replace intuition, agency, or discernment.

• We do not position ourselves as the source of healing, awakening, or power.​

 

We guide people back to themselves, never toward us.

 

2. NO DEPENDENCY, NO DEVOTION TO THE MENTOR

 

We explicitly reject:

• Emotional dependency

• Spiritual devotion to the mentor

• Saviour - student dynamics

• Guru - follower hierarchy​

 

A healthy mentorship results in greater independence, not attachment.

If dependency emerges, it must be named, addressed, and resolved - not exploited.

3. POWER, CHARISMA & INFLUENCE ARE HELD WITH HUMILITY

 

Influence is sacred and dangerous, therefore:

• We do not use fear, admiration, erotic charge, or spiritual authority to control.

• We do not manipulate vulnerability for loyalty, money, sex, or validation.

• We do not use “energetic superiority” as an unspoken hierarchy.

 

Power is held in service of liberation, never self-enhancement.

 

4. ABSOLUTE CONSENT & BOUNDARIES

 

All work is grounded in:

• Informed consent

• Emotional transparency

• The client’s right to pause, decline, or withdraw at any time

 

We do not:

• Pressure emotional disclosure

• Force catharsis

• Override boundaries for “breakthroughs”

• Pathologise resistance

 

The body’s NO is sacred.

 

5. SEXUAL & EROTIC ETHICS (ZERO AMBIGUITY)

 

Within our lineage:

• Sexual relationships between mentor and active client are strictly prohibited.

• Flirtation, erotic teasing, sexualised energy, or covert seduction is not tolerated.

• Erotic transference must be named, not acted upon.

• No intimacy is justified as “tantric,” “energetic,” or “initiatory.”

 

Sexual power and spiritual power are never merged in this work.

 

6. TRAUMA-AWARE, NOT TRAUMA-RECKLESS

 

We acknowledge:

• Not all mentors are trauma therapists.

• Not all emotional depth is trauma.

• Not all trauma is ready to be processed.

 

We commit to:

• Nervous-system safety

• Pacing over intensity

• Stabilisation before expansion

• Referral when clinical support is needed

 

We do not romanticise breakdown as awakening.

 

7. NO MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL OR FINANCIAL CLAIMS

 

We do not:

• Diagnose

• Prescribe

• Replace medical or psychological care

• Guarantee healing, success, or enlightenment

 

We work in the realm of: awareness, embodiment, identity, emotional intelligence, and conscious evolution.

 

8. CONFIDENTIALITY IS SACRED

 

Everything shared in the container is:

• Confidential

• Protected

• Never used for status, marketing, or storytelling without explicit consent

 

We do not turn client vulnerability into content.

 

9. CONTINUOUS ETHICAL SELF-EXAMINATION

 

Every mentor commits to:

• Ongoing supervision

• Regular self-reflection

• Ongoing personal healing & integration

• Ethical humility over spiritual status

 

There is no graduation from integrity.

 

10. WHEN ETHICS ARE BREACHED

 

If an ethical breach occurs:

• It must be reported

• It must be addressed

• It must be repaired when possible

• It may result in removal from the lineage

 

No reputation is more important than safety.
